I already owned Instant Roof, non-subscription, does a bunch of nice stuff that I couldn't live without; complex roofs and such. While at the Vali Architects site the other day trying to fix an issue of my own making, I saw the new Instant Roof Nui. It's pretty kool. New UI, Full Framing of roofs, Take offs and take off log, Gutters, Details, Dutch Hips, the list just goes on... Check it out. It's subscription now, yearly $39.00 but man... I love it already.
